How to Store and Reheat
Store leftover chicken parmesan sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes, or until warmed through.
How to Freeze
Freeze chicken parmesan sliders in a single layer on a lined baking sheet until solid, about 1-2 hours. Transfer to an airtight container or Ziplock bag to store for up to 3 months. Let thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.

Ingredients
- 10 ounces King’s Hawaiian Pre-Sliced Slider Buns (9 buns)
- 10-12 frozen chicken strips cooked according to package instructions
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 9 slices whole milk mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup salted butter melted (1 stick)
- 1 ounce Italian Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped fresh basil optional, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lay the bottom half of the slider buns on a baking sheet or in a baking pan.
10 ounces King’s Hawaiian Pre-Sliced Slider Buns
Lay the cooked chicken strips on top of the buns.
10-12 frozen chicken strips
Spoon 1 cup of marinara sauce over the chicken, then place one slice of mozzarella over each bun and on top of the sauced chicken.
9 slices whole milk mozzarella cheese, 1 cup marinara sauce
Place the slider bun tops on top of the sandwiches.
Stir together the melted butter, Italian Seasoning, and Parmesan. Generously brush the tops of the buns with the butter mixture. Top with the chopped basil if desired.

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown, melty, and bubbly. Pull apart or slice to serve.

Becky’s tips
- These chicken parmesan sliders are best served straight from the oven.
- If you want a heavier sauce, you can substitute jarred pizza sauce for the marina sauce.
- Pre-toasting the bottom half of the rolls is optional but it does help prevent soggy bottoms!
- Be generous when brushing the melted butter onto the rolls – it’s worth it!
Storage:Store chicken parmesan sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
